Are There Long Term Effects Of Putting Wrong Fuel In Car?

Hi All,

I stuck petrol in my diesel car a few days and wanted to know if there are any long term effects from this, I called out Fuel Doctor who came out in no time and drained the fuel and stuck the right fuel back in, but wanted to know if there is anything I need to do or anything I should check over?
