Upheld by the Financial Ombudsmans investigator. Obviously it can still be rejected, in which case it goes to the Ombudsman him/herself

Investigators letter gives them 7 days to respond in the affirmative, or it goes to the ombudsman. I spoke to her last week and she said if that happens then its probably another 2-3 weeks
