Garage changed sidelight bulbs. Melted clusters
Discussion
Just looking for a bit of advice on this. Took my mum's TT for an MOT and it failed on a blown sidelight bulb so just got the garage to replace them.
Then I've just noticed this morning that they've both melted through the headlamp cluster. Looks to me as if they were mounted too close to the plastic. Presumably the garage are liable for cost of two new full headlight clusters?
Also is there anything I should document or do before I return it for them to look at? TIA

Have you got a pic that’s not so close? Just trying to work out what they could poss have done but can’t really work out what I’m seeing there.
What year TT is it?
It does look bright for a 5w.
