Some members of a Mitsubishi Facebook group I frequent have been affixing these lovely mascots to their cars.

The legendary winged horse of chav tat immediately came to mind.
Has anyone seen any more tacky automotive tat than this?

Legendary? Most PHers won’t even remember it!
Cripes, I didn't realise how long ago that thread started.
2004 apparently. Unfortunately the pictures are now missing

To clarify, are these fitted for ironic effect? confused

They look more chromey and plasticy rather than irony

I started what I thought was a light hearted thread and had hoped to see even more chuckleworthy examples of automotive tat than my own offering.
I'd no idea that tat would evoke such a serious discussion.
