Today I bought an Audi RS2 Avant

Says it all really, I wasn't planning on buying one but today I bought one of my dream cars- an 1995 RS2 Avant.

It wasn't cheap, but it's a very good example with loads of history and a file as thick as a telephone directory, and I am very (VERY) happy with it. I'm posting this from the PH Stand at the NEC so more details and pics to follow ASAP as we are about to be kicked out of the halls.

I'm so pleased with it and you'll certainly be reading about it on PH and seeing it at most of the PH events, to be honest I can't quite believe it yet.

It's RHD, Volcano black and standard apart from a subtle exhaust.

Pointed a mate towards it today after buying it. He came back and said 'is it the Audi 80 estate?'.

That's what I love about it- silly performance, silly insurance group but as Del says only those that know 'know'
