Got speeding ticket for a car i sold

Hi guys

I think ive made a boo boo. I sold my car earlier in the month and got an NIP through yesterday for a speeding offence commited the next day. Well actually 1.30am but technically the next day.

Only problem is that i didnt write down the guys address it was only on the reg document that i sent to the dvla to be updated. What do i do????

I have his mobile number and have put that on the form should i write a note explaining the situation?

Not best pleased but at least the next day so V5 should show that ownership transferred the day before

I did give him a reciept but didnt keep a copy. Damn it!

I guess ill just pass em on to the dvla as the V5 was dated the 1st and offence took place on the second.

I tried calling him to get an address but his phones off.
