I guess this might be more appropriate for "The Lounge", but all content originates from GG pretty much.

Anyhow, after reading a few posts in another thread I thought I'd do a little digging. And what a laugh I've had too biglaugh so in a slightly tong in cheek manner and I wanted to says thanks to Martin, aka 'S Line Luxury'. I've had a real good time reading your replies, so much so that half of my lunch is now on my keyboard and monitors hehe

Thanks.

Hope everyone else enjoys them just as much. PH needs more comedians round here, far too many people are way too serious (myself included rolleyes )

Nice one Martin, keep up the good work!

My boss has a stunning A4 cab, no hat loss in that, but thats probably down to good design that you dont get in something like a renault 206

This is the problem when you dont buy a premium car, i had a mondeo before my audi

the audi dealer treats you like a VIP, where as the ford dealer treats you as a pain

hehe To be fair, I'm sure you could do that for just about anyone on here if you were willing to take things out of context enough.
I suspect you are right, although none of these are out of context, none are hacked or part quotes. And from their current 21 posts, it seems like a large percentage. hehe

All that I remember is "Mustang, Mustang, Mustang, Camaro, Camaro, Yank cars aren't st, no they're not, you know nothing, Mustang, Mustang, Camaro..."

All adds to life's rich tapestry of course!

Thing is, while you, and others.... label me as a singular fanboy, you all miss the mark hehe the only think I'm truly a fanboy of are cars, interesting and/or fast ones. And to a lesser degree V8 engines.

True I have personal favourites and do enjoy many American performance cars, but you'll also find me a regular of the Offroad forum, the Land Rover forum and the Jap forums too. smile

Well, I greatly admire the breadth and variety of your car ownership, present and past, but you do rather have a reputation for suggesting examples of slightly left-field, inappropriate monolithic Americana wherever possible when posters seek something a trifle more prosaic! It's nothing personal, I just think you lack the imagine! hehe
Left field is cool... biggrin

You should see what I'm considering for a 'sensible' 4 door saloon car hehe
