Sorry if this is old news but I certainly haven’t seen these before! What do we think? $2,000 per wheel, only in America.

They would be cool if you had plenty of money and a garage assistant ready to pop them off and clean them after use

As for the ventilation problems, could they not be designed in standard wheel form (i.e. with "vents") to reduce over heating?
