Ebay - What do I do...

Hi all. Right I am selling a car on eBay which was bought by a chap with no feedback from Kenya 36 hours ago. I have heard from him once about 10 minutes after the auction ended saying he was arranging for somebody to collect and ship, but no more information.

I sent him an e-mail last night asking for a deposit or at least an update and have just sent him an e-mail saying if i don't hear from him by the end of the day I am selling it to somebody else...

I specifically said in the ad "to be paid for and collected within 3 days".

What do I do, should I follow through with the threat and sell to the next bidder tomorrow, am i within my rights to do this?

I appreciate that came across as incredibly stupid. But other than me actually giving him bank details/money/car I don't see how he can get a penny off of me.

Like I said, that car is going nowhere without cash in my hand...
