Alfa 156 t spark

Looking at an alfa tomorrow after changing my mind on Vectra i had put a deposit on, looked at it again and noticed alot more wrong with it, aswell as wrong front bumper, bulb light warning, last 3 service stamps un-readable and all in same pen etc, same writing, thermostat playing up, worn interior.

ANyway back to car hunting theres an alfa near me, that hasnt been serivec in about 30k (lol) will need belts and everyhting probebly, its done 91k worth looking at? if so what should i be offering him?

2001 1800cc t spark, at 800 now but not met reserve, hasnt had a service since 50,000ish, no old mots apart from last one, i would get it serviced if i was to buy it.
