Sorry being lazy so cut and paste my post from Herts, Beds, Bucks & Cambs Spotted thread...What do you guys make of this?!

Nutter in a 54 plate Black Vectra with a LCD panel in the back window which reads *** KEEP OUR ROADS SAFER SLOW DOWN ***

Got 'pulled over' by this gentleman at lunch between Potton and Sandy. I was enjoying the road at around the legal pace (60 mph) before catching said car. The message changed in the LCD to *** STOP! PLEASE PULL OVER! *** so I did thinking it was a undercover car....

Out gets a fat, balding 50 something with a leaflet on speeding and warned me that he will be informing the Police of my speed.

I told him I was reporting him and his car to the Police for impersonating an officer and he got back in his car speeding off changing the LCD message once more to *** THANK YOU HAVE A SAFE JOURNEY ***.

What an odd man, but one of my most entertaining lunchbreaks for a while.

I never thought to take a photo as I was in so much shock from it all!

I have all the details and they will be passed on after work.

If you are in the Beds area and a Brian Blessed look a like flashes his LCD screen at you. Do not stop!

Update.

Turns out I am not the only victim of Brian Blessed's campaign to stop people doing over 40mph.

Police are on it and will be paying him a visit shortly.
