55mph, My FiL, Motorways and stuff.....

I am currently sat in a car which is being driven by my OH's dad. We're doing 55mph down the middle lane of the m62.

I can't cope with this kind of torture. :-(

Well, made it safely home - fortunately the OH's mum took over shortly after I last posted so the rest of the journey was spent doing the correct speed in the correct lane.

It's alarming that I would need to alert him to his error at all considering the amount of people who were passing us in lane 1.

I might have to use the line about fuel economy and the inside of corners in the future. That would probably have some effect. :-)
