"Fury" over hitting a bollard whilst reversing, no doubt it would have been a baby's fault if it was hit by her whilst in a pram! Is it no win no fee advice at its finest?

What a clown. I hope the judge allows him to go to court just so he spends all of his benefit money on a pointless claim and it all goes into the court's pocket.

If people ever actually had to pay for claims like this, I don't think they would never happen.
