Convertibles- seasonal price variation?
Discussion
Is this true? I'm currently actively looking for an S2000 and my mum mutters darkly about it being the wrong time to buy. Is this really the case? Do prices fluctuate or is it a question of supply, or not???
I'm not particularly bothered because I will be selling a much cheaper 'vert and, well, I want to use my new car, just interested...

My mother doesn't give me car advice, at least not that I'd listen to. She just mutters darkly!
I did notice a nice-looking but dodgy s2000 which "sold" on eBay a couple of weeks ago for £3990- no reserve auction. Garage relisted it a week ago as "Reduced for Easter" at £4995! But that seems the exception.
I'm not really fussed as looking for the right car and wasnt in the position to buy until now... And there's no way I'm rattling around in my MX 5 until winter!!
