I know this is probably a well discussed topic, but I have recently bought a 997 3.8S Carrera with the PCM Module for navigation, radio etc. The car has a cd changer which I am reluctant to lose, but does not have the phone package.
I am looking for advice and other pistonheaders experience concerning ways to connect and link the PCM system to my I-phone for music and calls. Whilst Bluetooth connection would be nice I am not sure about just how much extra it would cost to have this facility. I believe there are also ways to connect using a hard wired system.
Any advice and experience from people that have had any after market systems installed, or advice as to reliable businesses who may be able to supply and fit would be gratefully received.
Thanks,
Paul.

Thanks Paddy.
These were the two units I had heard of, but still unsure what are the pros and cons of each. I think personal experience is far more valuable than all the blurb available on the their websites.

How would a parrot unit work?
How would that differ from either a Mobridge or Denison unit?

Has anybody tried replacing the whole head unit with a new more up to date item?
