996 GT3 to 997 GT3
Discussion
Has anyone gone from a 996 GT3 to a 997.1 GT3? and if so would you recommend the change.
I've currently got a 2005 996 GT3 with pretty much the ideal spec of buckets and 1/2 cage, lowish millage (35k) and full OPC history, recently I've been thinking about a change, looked at Ferrari's and lambo's but think I'd end up getting fed up with the running costs.
I'm tempted to look at a change to a 997 GT3, theres a few nice looking cars for sale although I think within my price range I'd probably end up with a higher millage car, like the look of the clubsport at 911 virgin at the moment.
Has anyone else made the move from a 996 to 997 and if so would your recommend it?

It was the 52k mile car that caught my eye.
I've got no real reason to sell the 996, having owned it for around 5 years I know it's a good car and I know I'd kick myself if I bought a questionable 997.
I guess I'm a bit board in the winter and looking for things to do, then immediately start looking at the classifieds. last week I'd pretty much decided that a 996 GT3 Cup car was a sensible idea.
