Gents,

I've been looking at a 997.2 GT3 RS and wondered if anyone can comment on some pictures of the car.

First, front underside, is this amount of scraping normal? Car has no lift.

Second, mid section, one underpanel seems to be hanging /bulging down a bit?

cheers

Been a while since I poked around underneath a 996/7, but the outside of that front tub shouldn't be painted in gloss white paint (especially if it's a red car). It should be the beige/fawn underseal colour you can see beneath the paint.
the car is white not red, so I assume that part is normally body colour.

but I don't understand how the front of that part gets scraped because the black plastic lip is much lower

Either way, the underneath of the car shouldn't be gloss white, ergo it's been painted, and I'd want to know why.
found another picture of a new gt3 rs which shows that section painted body colour:

it looks like its the tub behind that that's underseal colour

thanks for the heads up on the contact re. inspection!
