997 gen 2 turbo V 991 turbo - owners views

I have previously run a 996tt as my daily for many years and kind of fancy a newer turbo. Wondered how the Gen 2 997 compared with the 991 please?

I understand that. The GTS sounds interesting and at say £80K would be great but don't see it at £20K more than a GT4.

Maybe just get a GTR instead!

I've run an Exige S 260 as my daily for the past 18 months so a GT4 would be like a 7series in comparison!

Great choice re the GT3 touring, out of interest are you going to trade in your GT4, I do wonder if GT4 prices will slip a bit more once the GT3s and indeed the GT4 are released!

I put my name down ages ago for a 718 GT4 but hold little hope of getting one.....

Drove a 997 Gen 2 Turbo S today. Very fast, liked it. What’s the consensus on values now and future?

Cars late 2011, 34K, white, OPC - so 2 year warranty etc £74K sticker price
