just thinking out load ...kicking some tyres.....

is this where the mkt is for the 997.2 GT3 RS ? - Sub £160k for a great looking car from a well respected dealer ?? am I missing something ?

Means the Silverstone (ex Hong Kong car) might struggle to make bottom of its range (£140k) as with buyers premium that's £162k.

Looks like you are using the worst car on the market which was difficult to sell, low spec, and high miles as your market reference point.
At the other end of the scale, the following sold in hours just a week or so ago and was advertised at £190k

So I guess the market is somewhere in the middle of the two references (depending on spec, colour, mileage) smile
Admit the blue car did strike me as ‘cheap’ ., hence the post ??
What are must have spec items ?

Any thoughts on the silverstone auction car.

Cheers

.....She also mentioned something about the absurd spoiler but I can only assume she will get used to it the same way she did with the gt3 wink
My wife said the same to me in the late 90's when I went to buy a 1972 2.7 RS for £25k - So I bought a Honda instead furious

Is that true? cry

I didnt know they were ever that cheap!
Buyers guide from 2002 - still ‘cheap as chips’
Good examples available for £30k

To be fair the one I looked at was a bit scabby.
