991 T best spec ?

I’m just in the process of going to see a couple of 991 T manual vehicles. Prices range from £75000 up to £90000. Are there any key options to go for as I’ve seen a reasonably priced vehicle that doesn’t have sport Chrono . Is this a must have option on a manual vehicle and would choosing a vehicle with the added weight of a sunroof reduce the driving dynamics of the car noticeably ?

Other options I’m considering are the bucket seats and RWS.
