Was speaking with my OPC last week - their thinking is that there could be a T version announced later this year.
Based on the 991.2 version, I’m thinking it will be a manual base model, different gear ratios to the S,, lightweight glass, options on rear seat and info systems, pse and sc, lowered suspension, less sound proofing, fabric door pulls, a bit of alcantara/racetec ( or whatever they’re calling it now..)…

Anything else?

And price? Just north of £90k?

Isn’t that just media speculation? Have Porsche officially announced anything yet?

Do what features would people expect?
What features would they like to see?
Guesses at price?

I’m thinking manual only and definitely pse and sc.
Price beteeen base and S - hopefully not breaking £90k

you should be able to convert yours to T spec by buying the rear glass and converting the fabric door pulleys
Mine?
I used to have a 991.2 GTS, but currently driving a 981B GTS so it would take more than glass and door pulls to convert it to a 992 T! 😂

The 981 GTS is a great fun car to drive, but there’s something about a 911 that keeps pulling me back!

I’m sure my wife and bank manager (not the same person!) will understand!

Presumably the T would be manual - thereby saving about 90lbs over the PDK and contributing to the ‘light 911’ ethos….

Yep, I'm waiting for a 'basic' 911 but could have had a GTS earlier.
What delivery time have they quoted you for the base 992?

Looks like it could be a while before any announcement - certainly not looking likely for November…
