Took my 2003 3.2 Boxster out for a final spin before putting it away for the year. First roundabout and the brake pedal hit the floor, no brakes! Loss of fluid by the time I limped back home had the fluid light and PSM lights on so I'm loosing fluid somewhere. My question if anyone can help is isn't this a little dangerous, I thought there was a duel circuit on the car to stop you in the event of a failure. Any help gratefully received.

Thanks for your replies guys.
Chris, I checked last night and your spot on, half way along the passenger side is where its leaking. Rusty brake pipes on a low miles car 10 years old? I don't care if it is a Porsche, it crap. My Lexus LS400 is nearly 20 years old and sails through the MOT every year, made to last from correct materials.
Manicminer, I live in the middle of nowhere so driving home with no brakes is only slightly dangerous, it's fine until you actually bump into something, about on par with driving home with 10 pints on board. only kidding, I limit it to around 5!!
Anyway, I now know what I will be doing this weekend.
