Any tall boxer owners?
Discussion
I'm after some advice. I sat in my first couple of boxers yesterday, 2006 examples, 2.7 & S models.
To be fair, I thought it would be more of a struggle getting in to it, certainly was when I owned a 944 many years ago. I managed to slide my 6'5" frame in with relative ease, head wasn't touching the roof, however the pedals do feel offset to the left. The two boots were a surprise, larger than I though they would be.
It will primarily be a weekend car, although the prospect of longer trips would be nice. I know it won't have the comfort level of the daily (7 series), although I'm assuming less back destroying than the bike, which will be moving to track duties only.
Any thoughts on ownership greatly received.
