How Good will a new OPC be........

As per title. How good/bad will a brand spanking new OPC be? Will they import knowledgable Porsche trained people or will they all be trained from scratch and be 'new to the brand', with which comes a curate's egg of experience.

There are some excellent mechs in the perceived 'lower echelons' of the motor trade and there are shocking attitudes to consumers within the 'non premier' showrooms. Indeed, the approach from some of the other premier German marques that I have experienced is lamentable.

The interview process/staff selection for any new dealership is critical. DP is important but the franchisee management is critical.
