Looking to buy 981 Boxster S

Hi chaps, I'm in the market for a 981 Boxster S PDK. Budget is just over £30k but I've been struggling to find a nice car for the money. I've come across the following private sale and would appreciate your views on it as you guys know the market better than me.

Price looks a little high to me, but private sales don't seem to be much cheaper than dealers bizarrely. Is it missing any major options? I would like the sports exhaust but most in my budget don't seem to have it specced. I could look into getting it retrofitted at some point.

Thanks for the insights chaps. I think I may give that car a miss as i think I'd ideally want PASM with the 20s.

I was searching autotrader earlier and thought I'd see if there were any decent 981 Cayman S for sale that might fit the brief instead. I was slightly shocked that prices are so high! It seems £38k gets you in to a 2013 car, but the higher specced 2013 cars are low £40k! This one stood out but look at the price!

I would've thought prices would be lower given the newer 718 but perhaps the value or 981 cars are artificially higher due to them being the last of the 6cy engines? But still seems a lot for a 4 year old car and no warranty.

So I managed to get a test drive on a car today with 20s and no PASM. To be fair I found the ride more than acceptable and don't think I'd mind not having PASM so that opens up more options.

But one thing that was confirmed for me after driving the car today is that it must have the sports exhaust. The car today didn't have pse and it just didn't hit the spot for me - definitely need the extra noise of pse to give me the feeling I'm after.
