Where can I get OEM brake pads from for my 981BS?

Brake warning light finally came on today.

From where can I get front and rear OEM pads? And how can I tell whether I need new discs?

Decided to take it to RPM. Not much more than buying the parts from Eurocarparts.

Just hit 37k. But have PTV which probably wears them quicker.
