19 inch tyres for 2008 Boxster

My current Bridgestone Potenza RE050A (N1 rated) tyres need replacing. I've been offered a good deal on Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres which I understand are not 'N' rated but which the motoring press seem to think are very good. My insurer is happy for me to fit the Michelins.

Go for the PS4S. My tyre retailer was raving about them after Michelin took her and hubby to a track day testing all major brands blind.

She said it was easy to tell which were PS4S as they were head and shoulders above Pirelli, Goodyear, Bridgestone and Conti.

PS4S get nothing but praise. Fit them without any concerns unless you still have a Porsche warranty; in which case you will need an N rated tyre in which PS2 N2 is your best bet.
