Hi,
I'm going to look at a 987.2 Cayman S tomorrow (2010 model). I was wondering what the main things to look for before buying would be, everything I've read points to the Gen 1 models having a number of potential issues, but the Gen 2 not having any.
Is this true?
It's low mileage (40k) with FPSH.
Thanks in advance

Thanks - very comprehensive! That's a lot to look out for, I can check most of it when I see it/drive it. I've been told to check for a puff of smoke on start up too. Do you happen to know if the radiator grilles are available to be retrofitted?

Well I now own my first Porsche! It's going to take some getting used to after my S3, but driving it back from picking it up tonight was incredible.

Will get some up at the weekend. Came back to the car in Morrison's car park earlier to find an old fella taking photos of it with his phone! Is that normal? It 's only my first day with it lol
