981 Cayman S winter
Discussion
About to pull the trigger on a 981 CS with 20" alloys.. but Winter is right around the corner. Considering last years crazy 2 weeks of snow, i'm a bit worried about the cayman.
I've come from front wheel drive VWs and audi quattros (which is great in snow). This is rear wheel drive mid engined.
I can work from home on extra snowy days but is the porsche gonna be a write off if its even slightly icy?
Cheers

Get an old banger too. I have a Cayman S with 20" and love it. In sh*te weather though I drive my £500 SEAT Ibiza which has 106,000 miles on it.
A trusty steed, light, nimble on snow and I don't give a monkeys if it goes in a hedge :-)
Haha such a good idea actually. I can use it as an expensive bollard too on my drive A trusty steed, light, nimble on snow and I don't give a monkeys if it goes in a hedge :-)
