Hi everyone

I seem to have passed on the Porsche bug to my father who is now looking to get his first one. His actual needs are something that has lots of space, good for long motorway tips (+driving in France), about 10-15k miles per year, reasonably efficient, reliable, and able to tow over 1800kg. Hence the Cayenne.

I've got a 2008 Cayman so know about some in's and outs of Porsche ownership, however have no experience with Cayenne's and was hoping the good community of PH could help out.

He's, asked me to come look (his 2nd look) at one this weekend, and want to be a little prepared.

It's a 2011, automatic 3.0 TDi, 32k miles, 2 owners, full Porsche history (with last service in Feb 2017), loads of options including, 20-inch RS Spyder wheels, Sat Nav, Panoramic roof, Active suspension management, reversing camera, BOSE. Current sale is £25500.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks for the responses.

After doing a bit of checking, they seem to be pretty sturdy cars. Have been told to also check for oil leaks near the gearbox as this could potentially be a expensive fix, and ensure all electrics work.

It will be the first Porsche for my dad, so looking forward to seeing his face when I tell him how much breaks are to replace biggrin
