New Porsche - Given Tracker PVTS - is it worth it?

Hi.
I've recently purchased a second-hand Cayenne ('64 plate, V8 4.2L). The dealer gave me two PVTS tags and said I'd have to contact Porsche to set it up etc. Does anyone know much about these?
Mainly my questions are
A) How much does it cost per year
B) Will it reduce my insurance enough to pay for itself (I currently pay £750 a year)...
