All I could suggest is taken the lid off your washer fluid reservoir and then blow down the pipe you’ve found to try and clear it. It’d be handy to test before you put all the trim back so a second pair of hands would be ideal.
Personally I’d just live without it if that doesn’t work, but I’m sure there’s much more that could be done!
Thanks but its complicated as there are non return valves & pumps between the hose I found & the reservoir

Lots of reported issues on this on the various owners forums regarding a connector pipe in the rear failing on new Macans and basically emptying the screenwash contents into the cabin under the carpets. The pump exceeds the safe working pressure of the pipe connectors and basically pops them. Awful design . Interior out to fix the issue! I kid you not.
Yes thanks, I’m on that line of enquiry now. Thing is no one has yet definitively advised the route of the pipe nor where the suspect pipe connector is located.
