I am contemplating purchasing a 930 Turbo LE. The car is a 1989 with under 20k miles. The price of the car is 120k. I am unsure whether this is a good buy or sound investment. I am looking to buy a Turbo for limited miles usage and to hold on to for many years in the hope of an appreciation in value. As a limited number vehicle would you think this would be an ideal such purchase?
Thanks for the comments.
It would appear that this car is well over priced and I am swaying more towards a good standard 930 Turbo which I can enjoy the use of without worrying about depreciation in value through use.
There are a few excellent 930 Turbo examples about in the 50 - 60k region with around 50k miles. I have read many comments about 4 speed or G50. If a suitable car is available with a 4 speed would you recommend it or look specifically for a G50?

That's a lovely looking car. Do you use it daily or weekends? Its just the thing I am after for getting out of the garage on a Sunday when the sun is shining.
I am going today to look at a 1985 (4 speed) 930 Turbo in Guards Red with 50k miles which is at Hexagon. It seems they do demand top prices for their cars but they obviously know how to pick the very best examples.
