F430 wheels on a 360

Are there any problems in having the above setup? I'm thinking in terms of offsets, rolling radius, wheels catching the arches on full lock etc.

I've read that the ride can suffer but has anybody got the same combination, and any comments?

I personally think they look great and will keep them on the car (if I buy it), but will store the original 360 wheels should the next owner want them, each to their own. It's a 2001 Spider so should be no problems with the ABS
