458 seat belt colour change

Has anyone retrofitted a different coloured seatbelt to their 458? I have a Nero Daytona car with yellow caliper's and a full black interior and IMHO yellow seatbelts would really lift the interior of the car. Is the changeover a mechanical one or will the car need to be programmed etc? Don't want to have any warning lights pop up as the car is still under warranty

Had to be done by the dealer, as he had to order the black seatbelts from the factory and install them, due to their having an explosive charge somewhere in the mechanism. I had read the same on one of the US Ferrari forums beforehand, so it wasn't the dealer taking me for a ride. Cost would normally be a couple of grand, but I obtained a reduction. Process took a couple of weeks to get the belt from the factory and then a day to install.
