Does anyone else find it frustrating that the headlamp washers come on with the windscreen wash? I know it is a pretty typical setup, but the 458 is mostly always clean and the headlamp spray just makes a mess.

I see there is a simple fuse to remove - in the glove box. I know it is now an MOT point for HID lamps, so I will need to put it back before a test. However, I have not worked out how to access the fuse.

Has anyone done this? Any tip on how to remove the panel in the glovebox to reveal the fuses?

Many thanks!

Yes, if the headlamps are off, then only the screen is washed (the same is true in aut). But this is difficult to do in the dark!

Not much of a response. Maybe fuses never need changing? spin

Thanks for the suggestion - although I would be reluctant to cut into the wiring.

According to the manual, F-85 is Headlamp Washer - nothing else is mentioned. So hoping it might be a simple thing to isolate just that.

If someone has had success at it, would love to hear.
