Any colour but red picture thread
Discussion
Hi All, not sure if a thread like this has existed before in the Ferrari V8 forum, but there is a popular non-black, non-grey thread in the Aston forum which is always a good place for pictures. As red seems to be the most popular colour choice (and for good reasons), I thought it would be interesting to get more pictures posted of alternative colours too.
I’m new to this part of PH as I’ve only recently become an owner of my first Ferrari, so please take it easy on me if having a non-red Ferrari is somewhat controversial, otherwise a big hello to everyone here and I look forward to meeting up with some of you at a future event.
Here’s a picture of my manual TDF Blue over Tan F355 GTS.

Very kind of you to say. Yes, I have both. They are my long term keepers, very different, but both N/A, Manual, and carbon seats. 3 of my favourite characteristics in cars!
Pretty much the same with me. These two are my “keepers”. Manual F355 GTS, and manual V12 AMR Roadster also with carbon buckets. 67Dino said:
Great thread. I don’t own this F355 GTS any more but thought I’d post it as was a rare colour - NART (North American Racing Team) blue, a special order for the UK MD of Ferrari at the time. More of a ‘kingfisher’ Blue than TdF, and more metallic, especially in bright sun. Ahh, happy days.
That is stunning! Although I am really biased mrpseudonym said:
Hello @neinfondue no pics yet, but a big thank you for this thread. I too am an Aston owner (DB9) and am currently looking for a F430, the main criteria is that I don’t want a red one. This thread has been been very useful to see alternative colours! Is it just us Aston people, or is there an increasing trend for more non-red Ferraris?
Hi @mrpseudonym. Three Astons so far, one black, and two silver so I guess I would have (and very nearly) bought a red Ferrari. Bit out of character, but I absolutely love TDF Blue. Best of luck on your search. Some absolutely beautiful examples posted on here, so keep them coming
