Just wanted to say Hi and show my new car off 😀

New to me as of today, 2000 360 F1 bought with 4,500 miles and as close to brand new as I could find and fund.
Joining my DB9 for now, bit the DB9 will be moved on by the summer

Firstly congrats OP, that's a fasntastic achievement.
I hope my question doesn't come off with the wrong tone, but, where do you park them? It looks as though they're a bit wide for the garage? I assume maybe it is a tandem garage for the length?
The garage os a workshop, I've been fixing a leak on the DB9 differential before I move it on.

They will both go a street down where I have a large deep double garage to keep them out of the elements.

Will be picking my F1 spider up this week.

How do you get on with the left hand drive. Are you planning on driving on the continent much?
I'm sure you're going to love it, it's been a week now and I'm still smiling ear to ear

I don't mind a LHD, I've spent alot of time with work in Europe and the USA so it's pretty easy to switch. Only compromise in the UK is you have to approach lefthand turns at 90 degrees to see through the passenger window, other than that as long as you have reasonable spacial awareness it's a doddle.

Air boxes look a tad dusty, make sure that the exhaust silencer hasn't failed on the welds. Its a known fault and when they fail they distribute white dust around the engine bay, a bit like your pic. I had the dealer swap the silencer on mine for an intact one

Exhaust is all good, but thank you.
the pictures aren't clear in forum fit, the paint on the boxes and collant tank are a dappled effect which is making it look like that.

They are all dappled effect I believe, mine certainly is.

The rubber couplers for the air inlets to the top of the engine also look dusty, but maybe they are just dusty. Not trying to spoil your pride and joy, I just wanted you to be aware in case you have recourse to the seller (if its a dealer)
Don't worry no offence taken, its a 23 year old car so I expect things to go wrong.

However you were completely correct.....
Although in the original pics the airboxes are clear of dust, after my run to work In it today (35 miles each way) the engine bay is now white and dusty 😆
So question, does this continue and the silencer news replacing or does it just need a good blow out and it'll stop?
