Rosso 70th anniversary?
No, wasn’t keen on that, quite dull in flesh, so I went Rosso Maranello which is a triple layer pearl

Thanks guys, its been on order over 2 years now, the Atellier session in the factory was in June 2017 so it's been a long time coming!

The anticipation has been building for some time!

It looks finished too, what's your expected delivery date?
Takes about 2 weeks from factory so in a week or 2 I guess

I’m like a 5 year old at Christmas

Something has arrived from Italy.....

Looks awesome even straight off the lorry on a grey crappy day, going to be amazing once it's cleaned and in the sun!

Stunning car, out of interest what’s it like driving something with that much power? Is it a bit of a handful or does the electronics keep it all in check? (If not switched off)
I’ll be honest... no idea, never even driven one!

Ordered it 2 years ago almost to the day, it’s been a long wait!

I’m looking forward to being able to tell you though

You'll be fine with the power of it - you have some quick stuff already. The go pedal will put you into hyperspace.... smile

Will you run it in? I still do this with new engines but many have the 'drive it like you stole it' philosophy.
I’m with you, running it in a bit gently seems sensible to me so I still do.

Even running in I don’t think it’ll be holding up traffic biggrin

Well, it's landed and to say I'm pleased is the biggest understatement ever.

It looks simply awesome in the flesh, the details are superb, and the engine, wow!

What an absolutely amazing machine, I'm over the moon.

Small update..........It's just utterly brilliant in every way you can possibly imagine!

The engine is absolutely amazing....quite a thirsty girl though!

Of all the things I've ever owned this one has really got me!

For those like me who have never had a new Ferrari, does the factory send you regular updates and photos of your car being built?
You get 3 pics

Shell in primer
Shell painted
Finished car in water test bay
