Looking to buy a Gallardo

I'm starting to look for a Gallardo. I've narrowed it down to a LP model. Have been to VVS the other week and I was very impressed with James's manner of dealing with a customer. In terms of spec I love the Superleggera interior and the additional rear wing / sills. They had an early one there which was fantastic apart from the painfully noisy exhausts. My Nissan is bad enough but this was exceptionally loud. The plan at some point is a trip to Monaco. I believe in using and enjoying cars and want to be able to jump in to do a 150 mile trip if desired. The actual question is ; What are they like to live with in comparison to a 'normal one' ?
