Strange Sound & Struggling To Start

Hi,

The battery in my Huracan went dead a 2 weeks ago. I tried to start it but it wouldn't turn over and instead lots of error messages started flashing up on the screen.

I charged the battery back up and it started fine, and all error messages were gone. I then brought it on a long drive to keep the charge in the battery.

I now have 2 small issues, and I'm not sure of they are related:

01 - Whiney Noise: when I start up the car (cold start), there is a small whiney noise for about 2 seconds

02 - Struggling To Start: I started it up a few days ago (it had been driven 5 days prior to that), and it started but it did struggle to start... The battery seemed to be at 80% charge on the dial.

Any idea what either of them could be or if they are related? How accurate is the battery level indicator dial?
