Hi, considering moving into a Huracan at some point, can they live outside without a trickle charger ok? Also how low are they, i'd be getting one with nose lift, would this clear speed bumps and steep drives etc, currently have a 12C which easily clears bumps without lift.

Had a decent drive in a 580-2 and it does feel very different a beast from the McLaren - strangely it didn’t sound that loud, i expected it to be much louder, also didn’t feel as fast as the McLaren. Ride height with lift up was better than the McLaren for clearing speed bumps etc.

Driving position is definitely higher, like you are looking down at the road rather than the McLaren where you sit low and look straight out. I do wonder if I didn’t adjust the seat / steering wheel correctly????

Steering isn’t a direct as the McLaren but I did like the ease of driving, and the way you can feel the rear wheel drive when pressing on. I used my 12c in all weathers, is the 580-2 as useable or more twitchy, I wouldn’t of course be driving it hard in bad weather.

Build quality inside feels rock solid and very well build, also much more going in visually, dials and gauges and switches, McLaren’s are very minimal inside and feel a lot more loose and squeaky.

Lastly Lamborghini don’t seem to loose much value, prices are still high, wonder how much I’d loose over 2-3 years
