don't like the new format ;-(

To get old style :

- Press Classifieds from Home menu
- Press Login (top right)
- Press classifieds again
- Click on a model, NOT on the Brand
Hi Han - many thanks - not really bothered but I do love your S3 - very cool.

Can we fix the search now then !!!!
I think that it is now "sorted"
When go onto the search link you can now have the option to use the "Piston heads" one or googles.
I've tried it and it seems to work!
Cheers

OK everyone - I think that PH gets the picture - onwards and upwards me thinks.
Anyway I would like to go one record and say that in my opinion PH is by far the best platform of it's kind and supports it's users by providing a great series of forums to share and air view/issues, so well done that man/woman!

I have no idea who the original poster is, but am I alone in finding it annoying that PH staff complain that something they chose to change isn't warmly welcomed by the people who, in aggregate, are the value in the business?

If we, your "customers" and contributors think what you have done is brilliant and choose not to blow sunshine up your backside that's our choice.

Similarly if this chap wants to only complain, as long as he's not abusive or breaking the rules, he's perfectly at liberty to do so isn't he? We are your customers and contributors, not a bloody focus group giving you feedback!
That will be me (but then PH amalgamated two threads and put them on the site feed back forum) - it was just an observation!

Hi Stuart sorry about this - I only wondered if anyone else had noticed the changes!
Apparently they have lol.
Anyway it shows that your users care about the site and what it deliverssoapbox
Now I don't think "Autoraider" would get this amount of feed back do you!
Onwards and upwards eh.

Hi Stuart - I have to say that I think that you are Fielding the various issues well.
I noticed a message from a Kent car dealer appears to have been withdrawn. Was it because it was not the appropriate forum re the issues being discussed?

Thanks. Comes with the territory, and the more feedback we get the quicker we can resolve issues. The team are working really hard to deal with the (comparatively small) number of issues, and fixes are either already or soon to be deployed for most.

Yes, I've sorted out KMC's issues seperately. We've a sales team specifically to deal with car dealers, so I took that post down as I didn't want the thread to be derailed by it.

His issue with image upload seems to be the same as another user's, so hopefully we've got that resolved now. The other issue he was experiencing (changing the price of stock) was affected by that restriction on the @ symbol in text, and it has also been changed

At present that dealer only has three cars up on PH because of the issues he's been experiencing, so hopefully now we can get more of his stock live for him.
Hi Stuart I used to be in the same line of business as you both In Print and Online so I really do understand your position - great in it!
But on a more serious note I really think that the Dealer concerned needs either more stock on PH or a stronger profile format after all he is in a massive market and I know that for the smaller "middle of the road" dealers stand out can be and is difficult. That's why I helped to developed profile options geared to the size of the business - all paid for you understand.
Anyway keep on keeping on!
Cheers
