New Homepage test starting Tuesday 20th September

Hi all,

Just a quick heads-up that starting this afternoon we're going to be running a split test to trial out the effectiveness of a new style home page. This will displayed at random to 50% of our audience for the next 2 weeks.

The idea of this new layout is to both tidy things up and link the editorial, forums and classifieds together more closely.

Please do comment below to give us any feedback you have as and when you see it.

Just a few quick points:

1) Please don't shoot the messenger,
2) I'm sure the dev team have a plan, and all I personally can do is have faith in them
3) If you do not feel that it is worth giving feedback then that is fair enough and you shouldn't feel obliged to give us any, especially given that you've previously had a negative experience (I'm afraid I don't have any knowledge of what you're referring to, it must be before my time?)
