That's it.

My sign in keeps dropping out. What do I do?

I'm suffering the same in Chrome (Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) on OSX Mojave 10.14.6). Have deleted cookies, disabled ad blocker, signed in, out and in again, but every time I close the tab and go back to PH it thinks I'm not signed in. Clicking the sign in button immediately signs me in without asking for username/password so it sort of half knows who I am, but it just won't stick.
Thems exactly my symptoms as well, Doc.

No response from the mods to this.

Does one have to email them officially to get them to respond, or would they normally pick up from a thread like this?

Who do I contact in Head Office to sort this out?

Why Not?

I posted in website feedback, and I thought there might have been some feedback from Haymarket by know.

I am quite prepared to accept that I don't understand how the system works. So? How does it work?

I've been here about a 1/4 of the time you have but yet quickly noticed from other posts in this section that the tech department is seemingly nonexistent so I'm surprised that this has slipped by you unnoticed. wink

Also, given that other users are using the same browser and OS yet have no such issues remaining logged in points to it being a local issue. If it was an issue at PH end then one would expect everyone on identical platforms to be experiencing the issue and this is not the case.
I am just a humble monk (slightly mad) I know nothing about these techie things.

Alright I'm happy to share this has been fixed now! Thanks for all the great feedback again and keep 'em coming!
Sorry. Really, really sorry.

It hasn't lasted very long - for me at any rate.

Can you fix it again, please?

I've been getting sporadically logged off for... years I think, across quite a number of different devices (PCs and phones). Sometimes every few days, sometimes not for a few weeks. Not an issue with any other forums, only PH.

I used to report it from time to time but gave up long ago on expecting PH to fix it!
I am sure that i have asked this before, but where do we go/how do we go about reporting these issues.

Or is this thread the correct way to go about it?

I/we are not getting anywhere with this. The PH staff person who responded was 'tirolo'.

How do we contact 'Tirolo'? Because I think we are talking to ourselves here?

Thank you for the replies. Would they be in response to my email, or is that something else?

I understand most of your post. This problem is not top priority, I think you implied?

Don't say this out loud, but I think it may be fixed/cured itself.

No it hasn't.

It is just the same as it has been for the past - how long? several weeks? Few months?

Any road up. It's no different. I am randomly 'signed out'!

I confidently suggest the problem is at the PH end of the chain and not with me.
Still the same with me since I started this thread in August 2019.
