Receive email notifications for new replies?

Guys, I've scoured this site, but cannot seem to find an option to receive emails to threads I've 'watched'. Can someone please advise if this is possible? If so, how?

Thanks guys. These are threads I started. Is there any way of adding email notifications now for these threads?
