Does anyone have any advice on what maintenance the car might need in view of the situation over the last year? Last service was in March 2019 and drove ~2 thousand miles. In 2020 drove around 300 miles; short trips just long enough to warm everything up and I'm planning to take it to Europe when allowed. A main dealer is very keen to get the car in, but I'm wondering if this is really necessary. Thoughts appreciated.

Thanks for all the replies. That's the main question I guess; is it time or mileage.

Not knowing an independent near me Lamborghini Tun Wells did a minor service and health check for about half the price of a normal one.
