Don't worry, TP321 always bids the McLaren brand down at any opportunity (not sure on the reason), although he does provide a bit of balance with RamboLambo biggrin
...just saying what i see - dont shoot the messenger! Considering that this is a very limited run car and the production has only partially been delivered, there are quite a few for sale. All over list mind you, but none of them were bought at £260k list.

Lets see how quickly the TOP555 car sells...the Speciales that they have had have sold within days!

Also anyone else think that the AMG GT seems pricey at £125k?

it will be interesting to see what happens to prices once the Spider rolls out. I saw an orange one recently and it just looked like a 650s with aero bits stuck on. The 12c design is looking too old now and too conventional - cant wait for the P14 with the new design.

Well, a convertible track car seems rather a contradiction in terms, but I doubt we're going to agree on that one.

McLaren supposedly decided to make the spider after people came to them and asked them to make a spider version of the LT.

Regardless of how good the spider may be, do you think it was right of McLaren, having stated that they would make only a coupe version, to double the production run by making a spider?

Do you think it was right of some customers - assuming that this in fact happened - to go to McLaren and ask them to break the commitment that they had already made to the coupe buyers?
It doesn't matter....McLaren bring out an improved car every month...everyone gets screwed in the end...biggrin
