Does the exhaust tone change when track mode is selected?..
Yes, bit only slightly.

I am now pleasantly confused that looks like the sports exhaust mit valves can you throw any light on it ?
That's the same exhaust as fitted to mine, definitely got valves in it.

Ted, how do you know have you seen them, can you share a pic of them ?

Is your a factory sport exhaust ?

I asked the question about availability of an MSO version but whilst they are considering it there is no time frame.
Mines got the sport exhaust, shine a torch down the end of the pipe and you can see the valves.

Ted, many thanks for indulging me on this, I'm trying to understand what the sports exhaust looks like, the first image below is labelled a sports exhaust and there is clearly no valve on it but the one posted by Techo has valves and I found another pic of one for sale in Oz (below) being sold as Sports exhaust which also clearly has the valves, it seems there may be more than one version.... Have to say if those valves are closed it sends everything through the back of the muffler then out of the small tubes at the front - it must be really quiet, even quieter than the standard fit exhaust which has an element of straight through with no valves, see third pic below.

Mine is the middle picture, I can't see the point of the layout in the first picture, the gasses wouldn't enter the silencer box, just pass straight out.

Is it possible to get to the valves and keep them open ?
