Mclaren servicing excellent

As there has been posts on Mclaren servicing ( shambles) saying they have had excellent service from Mclaren dealers it should be a fresh discussion.
I also have had excellent service from Mclaren Manchester.
Unfortunately it is a trait of the Internet forums that most use them to air their problems and complain .
